One of the most aware Greek philosophers was Heraclitus, who believed that the core and the essence of Being is Fire. He believed Fire was the source of Existence and the world was in permanent movement.

To him,

1 - Fire is the essence, the theory of Energy,
2 - The World is in permanent movement, theory of mobility/dynamics,
3 - Fire/energy is the cause of dynamics/mobility.

These three are purely in accord with Zoroastrian philosophy. The description of Fire and it's types/forms in Bondaheshn denotes that Zoroastrianism does not mean by fire only the real fire through which we cook our food, and become warm, it really speaks about energy in general. And it says that Fire exists everywhere, even in the heart of water. This becomes close to the idea of The Unity of Being in mysticism and sufism. Similarly there is a tale that says a brahmen used to teach his disciple that "God exists everywhere, even in you". This tale continues but we do not need to continue it. But sufism or mysticism can not reach to this knowledge through Reason/Intellect, their way is one: Faith. Physics can simply prove the Zoroastrian idea of Fire. We can see fire in stones, in plants, animals, humans, etc.

In stone it's very clear, but in water? Is it not clouds who touching each other produce thunder and light? In human being? Animal? As much as a human is living, his/her body is hot, with the death the body becomes cold. Heat is indeed fire.

Fire in Plants? Have you ever seen really the lips of the leaves of plants or trees? Is it dry or wet? Dry, and this drought carries the wetness behind it and so water comes up from ground along the body of plants. Bondaheshn says that everywhere water reaches, the fire reaches before it.

OK? About dynamics? The movement is caused by Fire or in modern scientific term Energy. Put a paper in a needle and keep over fire. It will start moving similar to the Earth around Sun. Really wherever is hot, life is more and viruses, bacterias, insects, animals, people etc. are living more. And everything will destroy and dissolve in a hot place while keeping in coldness we protect our food. Because there is less exchange in cold place.

So Heraclitus was one of the most aware philosophers of Greece, and he had correspondence with the king Darius the Great. It's said Darius invited him to his court, but it's not mentioned whether he went or not. From other hand Heraclitus was completely in disagreement with all other Greek scholars. He opposed Republic and opposed Greec monarchical city-states as well. It's said he believed in a good ideal ruler like Persian emperors and wanted that Persians annex Greek. His knowledge about the importance of Fire and many other concepts show to what extent he was aware of Iranian culture and philosophy. So, Zoroastrianism, similar to Heraclitus believes in dynamics and preaches making effort, attempt, work, permanent activity. One should never stop from doing good work. Stopping is the beginning of laziness. One should build and create in this world. This world needs to care of, and is not "the paradise of kafers and the hell of mu'mins" as Islam says and preaches to be in war with this world.

Destruction is an Ahrimanic act and any kind of destroying is prohibited in Zoroastrianism, while Islam says this world is not the world of believers and should be destroyed in order to reach the real world in the next life. It's this islamic doctrine which forces muslims to be terrorists and destroy the world, especially the symbols of glory and beauty of this world. It's Islam which really believes in statics that's immobility, lack of movement. Ideologies of immobility/statics symbolize their ideas by a stone which stops and never moves, while ideologies of movement/dynamics symbolize their way by fire which is always in movement, above all movement towards upside, towards development, evolution, progress. Ideologies of optimism believe in and preach light and beauty and life, while ideologies of pessimism believe in and preach darkness, ugliness and death. Look at the way the followers of darkness dress, the way they shave, the way they live without art/culture.
